CNEDD Board Welcomes New Directors
The Central Nebraska Economic Development District welcomes two new members of the Board of Directors.
Ed Brown from Long Pine was appointed by the CNEDD Council of Officials in September 2016 to fill a Board position vacated by Kristine Gale from Bassett. Ed is the Mayor of Long Pine, and brings experience as a community leader and a passion for service to community to the Board.
David Sawyer from Burwell was appointed by the CNEDD Board of Directors in March to fill a Board position vacated by Rocky Richards of Cody. David is the Executive Director of Burwell Economic Development and the Burwell Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Bureau. David brings experience in economic and business development, and city leadership.
The Central Nebraska Economic Development District (CNEDD) is a 14-county regional development organization that encourages cooperation between local government officials, community-based organizations, and the private sector.
